OUR MISSION STATEMENT
To deliver to those whom we hold in our care, excellent dentistry in an environment of respect and integrity. We believe good decisions are based upon education; therefore we seek to expand and share our knowledge to enhance the quality of life for all those surrounding us. We take pride in our work and endeavor to increase the quality of our profession as a whole.
My priority is to make patients feel as comfortable and secure in the knowledge that their well being and optimum overall health will always be my main concern. I am proud to be part of Dr. Chasolen’s exceptional team of professionals and look forward to taking care of our family of patients every day.

Maryellen
Office Manager
I was born in New Jersey and moved to Florida in 2009. I enjoy managing the office and I am also the Director of Chasolen Education. I love what I do and especially enjoy watching our full mouth reconstructions change lives! There is nothing more incredible than to watch a person’s confidence build in the chair.
I have 2 children and I often wish I could freeze time because they are growing up so fast! In my spare time you will usually find me on the baseball fields or at my daughter’s swim meets. I also have a Golden Retriever named Sophie who believes she is human!

Lois
Treatment/New Patient Coordinator
Lois has been with Dr. Chasolen since 1999 and in dentistry since 1993 after earning her Radiology and Dental Assisting degree from Manatee Technical college in 1992. Lois has been married to her high school sweetheart for 36 years and they have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
In her spare time she likes to kayak and hike in the North Carolina mountains where she has a second home. It is Lois’ pleasure to work with each and every patient helping them understand their dental needs, the course of treatment recommended and ensuring a smooth journey during their time in treatment.
Lois has a great relationship with our patients and referring offices. She provides financial arrangements for our patients and facilitates all of their appointments and referrals. Her clinical background as a dental assistant helps Lois to be able to provide a clear understanding of treatment to patients.

Chris
Patient Coordinator
I am a Florida native born at Sarasota Memorial and raised in Venice. I have been in the dental field for over 30 years. My experience began as a dental assistant which transitioned into a front desk administrator. I am dedicated to my patients and hard working.
I am a proud mother of three children, and I also have a German Shepherd, Lexi, who is like another child. I enjoy going to the beach, boating, hiking and traveling. Most of all I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Paula
EFDA
I have been in dentistry for 33 years and serving Dr. Howard Chasolen for 22 of those years. I’ve earned my DEA certification from the University of Florida in 1997 after moving here from New Orleans.
I have proudly been a part of some of the most incredible complex cosmetic and full mouth reconstruction cases. I am committed to meticulous attention to detail in all I do including one of my primary roles; making provisional restorations. I love the art and science that is demanding of my job. I am married with two children. I love to attend my sons travel and school baseball games and I have been my daughters Girl Scout Leader for the past 7 years. On my time off I enjoy being involved volunteering at my children’s schools. I love art, crafts, hiking and camping.

Jessica
EFDA,CDA
I have had the pleasure of assisting patients for the last 10 years through their dental journey. I have experience in periodontal treatment, TMJ assessment, sleep apnea care, several surgical procedures and now I have a phenomenal teacher that equips me and expands my skills in prosthodontic care.
Being a part of changing some one’s life through their smile is more rewarding then any materialistic item I can possess. When I am not helping people rehabilitate their smile, I am kayaking in the groves of Lido Beach, or training physically to be the best version of myself. I was born in New York and raised in New Jersey however, I consider myself a Floridian since anything under 70 degrees makes me cold.
